Swimming
We have been doing swimming and we have been working on three strokes freestyle, backstroke and Breaststroke.
Freestyle:
For freestyle we have been working on keeping our heads under the water so that we can kick faster.
Backstroke:
For backstroke we have been working on throwing our arms back to make us go faster.
Breaststroke:
We have been working on going slowly and doing small arms.
My goal in to get better at backstroke and to get faster.
